Giveaway Winner!!!!!

So, ladies and gentlemen, it is time to announce the winner of the little giveaway I’ve been running!

The random number generator has spoken, and…

Congratulations to TheSexyKnitter!

I was actually really surprised by all the people that entered the giveaway, and thank you all for joining. It has been so amazing, having people getting so excited about knitting. I know that I rather rode the wave of the Hunger Games, and how insanely popular it’s become. I love that it is a series that makes young women feel like they can be powerful and strong. If you’re really disappointed about not winning the contest (and I felt bad that I couldn’t give everyone a cowl, you were all so nice!) I’m currently running a sale in my Etsy shop, where I’m selling the cowl handmade by me. I started it for Black Friday, but I figured that I’d keep it going through Midnight ET Cyber Monday since I was drawing the winner today. I thought that in case anyone who didn’t win absolutely had to have one, at least they would get the lower price! And, I’ll tell you a secret. Since you guys read my blog, if you want one, send me a private message on Etsy with your measurements, and any other special requests that you might have, and I will customize it to the best of my ability.

I really want to thank all of you. You have all been so kind and amazingly nice. It just reaffirms my belief in how wonderful people can be in general. Knitters are a nice group, and it seems like people who like knitted stuff are just as nice, even if they haven’t yet been assimilated. So many of you have had encouraging things to say about my design, and I really appreciate it. This pattern has kindof blown up in my face, in the best possible way, and I’m positively flabbergasted. You guys are awesome. Thanks for making me feel like I have a bunch of nice internet friends :)

It looks amazing, and I desperately want one! I did send you a PM, but I am afraid you don’t ship to Canada so I have my fingers crossed! Also, if you do end up making a few customized cowls because customers are following your blog, would you be able to say what measurements you need? I assume shoulder-to-shoulder width and bust, but is there anything else?

    Fingers crossed!
